Customer Service Supervisor

  • Supervise the Customer Service Team
  • Receive and process orders, samples and stock transfers through SAP until billing
  • Assure orders are processed in compliance with packaging, labeling, hazardous materials and legal prescriptions
  • Maintain required documentation on orders, stock transfers process activities
  • Interact with credit department on all customer related credit and financing matters
  • Review and code freight bills to be approved by Supply Chain Manager
  • General administrative tasks
  • Maintain reports daily/monthly/annually
  • Communicate daily with Demand Planner, Supply Planners and Master Scheduler

Profiel

• Education : You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Languages : Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch is a must. Knowledge of Russian or any other East European language is an asset.
• Experience : You have experience in a similar position: team management in customer service, ideally in a B-to-B chemical or pharmaceutical environment. You are able to handle virtually all customer service functions.
• PC skills : Strong capabilities in multiple modules of SAP system. Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Personality and competencies :
The ideal candidate is a mature and responsible person possessing excellent communication skills. Your service minded disposition and customer focus are irrefutable. Your main characteristics are dynamism, professional drive and you have a solution-oriented mindset. Though accurate and quality oriented, you are definitely a “do-person”. You are focused and committed on achieving maximum customer satisfaction through offering a high quality service level. You are a team-player and possess proven people management skills. As a person you are well-balanced, remaining calm and poised in any situation. Moreover, you are autonomous and well organised. You have excellent negotiation skills with customers and internal partners. You can work under pressure and are stress resistant. You are accurate, proactive and are not afraid of change.
