• Education : You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Languages : Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch is a must. Knowledge of Russian or any other East European language is an asset.
• Experience : You have experience in a similar position: team management in customer service, ideally in a B-to-B chemical or pharmaceutical environment. You are able to handle virtually all customer service functions.
• PC skills : Strong capabilities in multiple modules of SAP system. Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
