General responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative needs of the region, including mail, phone calls and complaints handling, archiving, office supplies, organising travel and congresses etc.
• Support customers for order, product information and shipment issues
• Ensure distributors are supplied with support materials
• Support customer and Sales during Demo’s inquiries

Specific responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue detailed quotations for products and services based upon requests from customers or sales staff
• Coordinate completion and submission of documentation relating to tenders
• Maintain records of quotations and tender submissions issued and resultant wins/losses
• Maintain standard templates and background information for quotations and tender submissions
• Maintain documentation relating to quotations and tenders issued, including signed contracts
• Answer queries from customers and sales staff relating to products and pricing
• Ensure quality procedures are applied
• Back up Commercial Operations colleagues and Sales as required

Exigences d'emploi

Experience: You have ideally minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service or sales administration. Knowledge of the medical market is an asset.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch and French – operational level in English.
IT: MS Office.
Personality & Competencies: For this job, we’re looking for a true administrative professional who is very precise in his/her work and who loves being in contact with customers and colleagues. You have a genuine client-oriented attitude and the necessary level of assertiveness in dealing with customers.
You possess excellent communication skills, are an autonomous and pro-active person who is not afraid to address others if you need their input or help. You love solving problems and are not afraid to take initiatives. You are very well-organized, methodical and structured, since you will need to coordinate and prepare important tenders.
Moreover, you are a true team player who adapts easily to changing situations.
